How to Solve Media Offline Errors
It’s very easy to connect your imported media back into your workspace. All you have to do is tell DaVinci Resolve where your media is.
To relink your media:
- Highlight the clips in the Media Pool (that’s the lower window on the screen).
- Right-click on any one of the clips (while they are all still selected).
- Click Relink Media.
- Navigate to the folder where the media files are (it’s OK if you don’t know this. You can scan an entire drive but, that can take a long time).
- You may be asked to perform a comprehensive search, which will dig deeper into subfolders, if this is the case, click Search.
- This also works with a batch of clips and the process is exactly the same.
