We have an exciting announcement for our users! Media licensing company Artlist has acquired Motion Array, taking a significant step towards becoming a powerhouse provider of creative stock for video creators.

What a way to end 2020! This move is another stop towards Artlist and Motion Array becoming a one-stop-shop for content creators. You will find everything from quality music, sound effects, and stock footage to templates, overlays, video effects, Premiere Pro plugins, and much more.

Motion Array’s story began in 2013, when 2 talented motion designers, Tyler Williams and Eri Levin, started creating video templates to help editors add style and effects to their videos in a cost-effective way. 7 years later, Motion Array is a vast marketplace with over 6 million digital assets boasting the world’s largest Premiere Pro plugins library.

“We feel that this merger is just the boost needed to turn Motion Array and Artlist into a true powerhouse marketplace that caters to all creators’ needs,” said Motion Array co-founder, Tyler Williams. “This move is a fulfillment of the vision we had when we created our company 7 years ago, and we are truly excited.”

So what does this mean to Motion Array users?

Only good things! All Motion Array subscribers will continue to enjoy the competitively priced templates, overlays, video effects, plugins, and awesome customer support they have been accustomed to until today. You can also expect to see more quality assets added to the platform thanks to Artlist’s phenomenal curation capabilities.

A heartfelt Thank You!
